Virtual Recruiter Academy (VRA): Neurodiversity Recruiting
Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 2:00 to 3:00 PM EST 

Semester sessions where Duke Career Center staff and guests share information and engage in a variety of recruiting-related topics with employers. In this session, our panelists from Duke Neurodiversity Connections will share innovative ways to ensure that these prospective employees will be able to showcase their talents throughout the hiring process and on the job. Virtual TechConnect (Spring)

An opportunity for prospective employers from a variety of technology and engineering-related industries to meet with engineering and computer science students interested in working for their companies. 


Startup organizations are invited to attend the annual StartupConnect event connecting employers with students looking for internships and full-time roles (technical and non-technical) in a casual (virtual) setting with company-specific chat areas.  This event is sponsored by the Duke Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative, Pratt School of Engineering, the Fuqua Career Management Center, and the Duke Career Center. Event is free to employers.

Duke All-Industry Virtual Career Fair
February 16, 2023 at 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST

Duke University’s 2023 All Industry Virtual Career Fair attracts companies across all industries. This fair provides a great opportunity for employers and students to virtually meet and discuss your organization, interests, and career opportunities. By participating in the virtual fair, your organization will gain exposure to graduate and undergraduate students across all majors. Early registration is encouraged!

Multi-school virtual career fair that brings together top employers, students and alumni for internships and full-time jobs in the government, education, and nonprofit sectors. 

Karsh Conversations: Exploring Careers Event [Consulting]


Virtual alumni career panel for Duke undergraduates, graduate students and alumni (up to 5 years post-graduation), followed by networking with industry professionals to learn about organizations, emerging trends and roles.   

SEC & ACC Virtual Career Fair
April 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT

Meet with students and alumni from 29 SEC and ACC schools across all majors and degrees. Over 2,500 job seekers have registered for prior events. Early registration with discounted fees is now through February 24. Learn more and register here.

Ivy+ Virtual Career Fair
April 18, 2023 at 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM EDT

Event will be held in Handshake. Employers will engage with diverse students from the Ivy+ Universities Consortium while sharing information about their organization, diversity initiatives and job opportunities. In partnership with Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, MIT, Penn, Princeton, Stanford, U. Chicago, and Yale.
