Contrary to belief, sustainability is practiced across a diverse array of industry sectors. You do not have to be an environmental engineer or an energy expert to participate in the efforts of environmental sustainability.  By reducing waste and minimizing cost through renewable investment(s), you are in reality contributing to the preservation of natural resources. Investing in solar panels, automatic sink-pumps, paper towel regulators or even suggesting waste reduction policies to your employer, can all be classified as sustainable actions.
