Evaluate options

Now that you’ve received your offer, you’re ready to think about the options. Perhaps you have multiple offers to consider, or you’re trying to decide between accepting the offer or declining the offer to continue in your search. 

✅  Return to the work you did in clarifying what you want. What do you like/want/are good at and how will working in this organization allow you to thrive?

✅  Consider your priorities developed when clarifying what you want. You may have non-negotiables that impact your evaluation of the offer. 

✅  Review the offer and ask questions of the employer, mentors, professionals in the industry, family, friends, and/or Career Coaches to more sure you understand the offer. This article from The Muse can help you think about some areas you want to evaluate and ask question.
