Reimagine Careers in Startups
Reimagine Careers in Startups will bring together Duke students (from all schools) with professionals working across venture-backed startups, bootstrapped companies, and mission-driven ventures to explore:
- What it’s really like to build and grow a startup
- The variety of roles available beyond “founder” (product, engineering, ops, growth, design, policy, etc.)
- How early-career talent can add value in fast-moving environments
- How purpose, experimentation, and scale show up in startup work
For participating organizations, this is an opportunity to:
- Share your story and perspective with highly motivated Duke students
- Build early relationships with potential interns and future hires
- Help shape how students think about startup careers and innovation
- Increase visibility within Duke’s entrepreneurial ecosystem
