BeautyMatter is a leading B2B media and intelligence platform at the intersection of beauty, business, and culture. We help industry leaders navigate the forces shaping the global beauty and wellness landscape through thoughtful content, community, and connection.
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Intern who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the systems and workflows that power marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects running smoothly and is curious about how marketing, events, and partnerships come together operationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including timeline tracking, task management, and internal coordination
- Assist in managing marketing assets, databases, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and organization
- Help coordinate logistics across marketing initiatives, including events, campaigns, and partnerships
- Organize and maintain Dropbox files, asset libraries, and shared resources
- Assist with email marketing setup, list management, and backend workflows
- Track key deliverables and support reporting across marketing initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, partnerships, and creative teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Conduct research and compile data to support marketing and business initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Interest in marketing operations, project management, or business processes
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data organization, and backend systems
- Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, Webflow, or project management platforms is a plus
