Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and creative Lead Editor who not only has a sharp eye for creating engaging long-form content, but also knows how to manage and mentor a team. Who you’ll work with

You’ll work closely with Nick DiGiovanni, along with the wider team of producers, videographers, and editors. As Lead Editor, you’ll also help review and guide the work of other editors on the team, ensuring every piece of content meets standards of quality and creativity.

  • Strong storytelling instincts, with a deep understanding of pacing, structure, and retention for YouTube
  • Skills in sound design and music selection to help elevate emotional impact
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • A collaborative attitude and a willingness to bring new ideas to the table
  • A degree in film, video production, or a related field (preferred but not required)
