Job Description and Responsibilities
- Assist Sales and Marketing Coordinator with our marketing in the creation of sales proposals and marketing collateral
- Assist with planning and executing events
- Provide graphic design support for website and marketing materials
- Assist with organizing and maintaining marketing schedule and files
- Provide writing and design support for the creation of documents, presentations, and other materials
- Assist with organizing and scheduling sales calls with clients and potential clients
- Assist with client outreach regarding conferences and DAI client events
- Update and maintain databases
- Create and manage social media content
