Encore Physical Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our private outpatient practice in Corvallis, Oregon. Our clinic philosophy is based on providing the highest level of effective treatment and exceptional customer service; we believe that patients should be welcomed and valued at all times. The practice owners have more than two decades of combined experience and are willing to consider and mentor a recent or new graduate.
Applicant must have experience in manual therapy, and prescriptive therapeutic exercise in the treatment of a wide variety of diagnoses. Our clinic offers one-on-one patient sessions and serves a diverse caseload including sports injuries, post-operative care, spine care, orthopedics, issues of aging, and balance. Therapists treat an average of 10-12 patients per day, providing the opportunity to develop professional, lasting relationships with patients & their families. We are also a family-oriented practice in relation to both our clients and our staff, allowing us to provide care for our patients throughout their lives as the need for skilled therapy arises. In addition to excellent clinical skills, the successful candidate will be energetic, professional, team-oriented, attentive, and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, and interested in continuing education and evidence-based practice. Encore is located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, a gateway to recreation such as hiking, cycling, and skiing as well as the amazing beauty of the Oregon Coast & Cascade Mountains. Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Relevant experience & knowledge in orthopedics and manual therapy
- Excellent clinical skills
- Energetic, professional, attentive to details & enjoys working as part of a team
