Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding/Offboarding

  • Write and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Participate in candidate evaluation and selection.
  • Support seamless onboarding for new hires and efficient offboarding processes.

2. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate follow-ups, document updates, and team announcements.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work culture.

3. HR Process Development & Compliance

  • Help design and implement efficient HR workflows and documentation standards.
  • Maintain records for contracts and HR-related documentation.
  • Contribute to campus outreach programs to support recruitment goals.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree/diploma program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack, or quick to learn new tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to take initiative in projects.

Internship Details:

  • The minimum internship duration is 3 months and minimum working hours per week is 20 hours.
  • This is an unpaid internship.
  • All applicants MUST be a university senior or above.
  • We are a Canadian-based company.
  • All positions are remote.
  • We require mandatory meeting availability (depending on your role).
  • Work hours are based in MST (Mountain Standard Time).
