Marketing Intern

Pay: $30.00-32.00 per hour

Schedule: Part Time 24 hours a week / 9am-5:30

Location: Englewood New Jersey

Placement: Seeking immediate paid internship

Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and project-based support to the VP of Marketing/Sales
  • Assist in developing marketing materials using Canva and other design tools
  • Help coordinate and track marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and event logistics
  • Conduct market research and compile insights into presentations and reports
  • Maintain content calendars, organize digital files, and manage project timelines
  • Support team with email communications, scheduling, and internal coordination

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Canva and comfort with digital tools and platforms
  • Computer savvy and able to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor with a collaborative, can-do attitude
