  • Evalaute and manage patients independently within their scope, with a supervising physican available in real time
  • Carry a defined patient load with continuity
  • Document accurately and completely, so the note reflects the work actually performed
  • Code and bill accurately or services rendered, understanding this as a compliance obligation rather than a revenue exercise
  • Capture required preventive and quality measures relevant to the population served
  • Communicate and coordinate with nephrology, transplant, hospital, dialysis and primary care teams as the assignment requires
  • Participate in call coverage as schudeled
  • Contribute to workflow and operational improvement in their clinic or service
