Graphic Designer | Creative Technology

Full-Time | On-Site | Buford, Georgia

Story Road Marketing Lab is looking for a talented graphic designer with strong creative skills, technical confidence and an interest in the changing tools of the design industry.

We are especially interested in candidates whose education or experience combines graphic design with computer information systems or related technology.

What You’ll Create

  • Magazines and editorial publications
  • Print and digital advertising
  • Logos, vector artwork and brand identities
  • Social media, websites and email campaigns
  • Sales and marketing materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and especially Illustrator
  • Experience creating original logos and production-ready vector artwork
  • A solid understanding of typography, layout, branding and file preparation
  • Experience in magazine design and editorial production is a strong plus
  • Strong computer skills and technical problem-solving ability
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well with a creative team
  • Familiarity with current AI trends and their use in design and creative production

AI is an important part of the creative process today and in the future. We are looking for someone who sees it as a valuable tool and knows how to balance emerging technology with strong design fundamentals, original thinking and sound creative judgment.

About Us

Story Road Marketing Lab is the creative team behind Gwinnett Magazine and Best of Gwinnett. For more than 25 years, we have produced magazines, advertising, branding and marketing campaigns for businesses throughout our community and beyond.

Our studio in Historic Downtown Buford includes creative offices and photo, video and podcast production capabilities. It is a casual, collaborative environment built around good ideas and strong creative work.
