About the Role

Step into real coaching, not coffee runs. At The Edge, interns train alongside experienced coaches, work with active adults and youth athletes, and get hands-on reps in smart programming, cueing, and communication.

You’ll build real-world coaching skills, grow under daily mentorship, and leave with the kind of experience employers actually look for.

What You’ll Do

Assist and lead training sessions (with guidance)

Shadow multiple services (group, semi-private, PT crossover)

Learn our systems for program design and client care

Receive coaching and feedback from seasoned pros

What We’re Looking For

Juniors/Seniors or recent grads in kinesiology, exercise science, or personal training tracks

Dependable, driven, and eager to learn

Able to commit ~20 hrs/week for 8-12 weeks

Comfortable giving/receiving feedback and working on a team
