Campus Growth Associates are the face of ZA on their campus.
Students face enormous financial decisions with almost no preparation. They also don’t want a lecture from a company — they want a fellow student showing them something that actually helps. That’s the job.
We partner with student organizations to open the door. You’re what keeps the campus active after it opens: running events, supporting partner clubs, and connecting students to resources that make money less confusing. You get a named leadership role, a real résumé line, and hands-on experience with a growing startup.
This is a paid, part-time role of roughly 4 hours per week, with more energy at peak moments like orientation and semester kickoff.
What you’ll do
- Run events. Lead 1 large event or 2 small events per month — demos, workshops, info sessions. You’ll teach financial wellness fundamentals like budgeting, saving, and investing, and show peers how our platforms fit in
- Table. Host 2 tabling sessions per month at orientation, campus fairs, and org events. You’re the face at the booth..
- Support partner clubs. Back partner orgs’ workshops and email blasts using ZA-provided materials, and re-introduce ZA as new members join each recruitment cycle.
- Run the community. Manage your campus Slack: event announcements, seasonal tips, interest channels.
- Connect. Link clubs to the ZA team, collaborate with CGAs at other schools, and drive word of mouth.
Peak seasons include recruiting and offer season, tax season, and Match / OCI / first-contract windows — the moments when your peers most need this.
What you get
- Stipend: $2,000 per semester (undergraduate) or $2,500 per semester (graduate), paid in monthly installments
- Welcome box of branded merch, shipped when you join
- “Campus Growth Associate” — a named leadership role and a real résumé credential
- Full access to Parity and Wealth Academy, on us, plus early access to new features before anyone else
- Training and materials: decks, flyers, demo videos, FAQs, swag, and an event budget, all pre-built. You are never improvising.
- A network of growth associates across campuses
- Personal finance knowledge you’ll use for life, and leadership experience that transfers to any career
Who we’re looking for
You’re eligible if you:
- Attend a ZA target college or university
- Are a full-time undergraduate or graduate student living on or near campus
- Are at least 18 years old
- Can commit at least 4 hours per week
- Are comfortable being featured on ZA social media
- Are involved on your campus — committed to at least one on- or off-campus activity
Beyond the checklist, the CGAs who thrive are reliable (events happen when they say they will), take pride in doing things right, and genuinely want their community to get smarter about money. You don’t need a finance background. You need initiative and follow-through.
What this role is — and isn’t
You’ll be a paid representative of The Zillennial Advisors, and we’ll ask you to say so, every time. Always identify your ZA affiliation; there is no hidden promotion in this program, ever. You’ll present using ZA-provided materials as-is, because those carry the required disclosures already built in.
This is not a financial advisor role, and you will never give investment advice. When a student asks about their own personal financial situation, you route that question to the ZA team. You’ll receive compliance training during onboarding covering exactly where these lines sit, and you’ll sign a written agreement before you start.
How to apply
Submit the application through our link here. Eligible applicants will be asked to complete a short eligibility questionnaire and two brief video prompts — about 20 minutes total. We want your first reactions, so don’t over-prepare.
Onboarding is quick, fully asynchronous, and virtual, so you can start on your own schedule and launch at your next big campus moment.
