VOICEINSPORT (VIS) is seeking passionate, current college students to serve as Campus Leads. This flexible, paid opportunity is designed for students who want to make an impact in women’s sports by growing the VIS community on their campus and within their local athletic networks. As a VIS Campus Lead, you’ll help introduce women athletes (ages 13–23) to VOICEINSPORT through authentic relationship-building, social content, campus outreach, and community events. This role is a mix of commission-based community building, event management, and leadership experience.
What You’ll Do
- Grow awareness of VOICEINSPORT on your college campus and in your local community.
- Introduce women athletes (ages 13–23) to the VIS platform and encourage them to join for Free.
- Build relationships with club teams, athletic departments, coaches, and student organizations
- Partner with the women’s sports teams and coaches on campus to organize free live VIS Sessions on the platform with the top women professional athletes.
- Attend professional sports games to represent VOICEINSPORT and sign up young athletes (e.g. WNBA, NWSL, etc depending on market)
- Attend and support VOICEINSPORT events in your region (e.g. youth tournaments, conferences, etc)
- Host on campus events to drive awareness and build the VOICEINSPORT community
- Represent the VIS brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Share feedback from your campus to help shape future programming and experiences.
