12Twenty (Internship & Employment Database)

12Twenty is the Engineering Master’s internship and employment database. Students may access detailed career outcomes including compensation data, offer timeline information, and insights on top employers and roles. This information is available thanks to the students who came before you—help us continue building this resource by completing the surveys when it’s your turn! If it’s your first time logging in, you’ll be prompted to complete these steps:

  • sign up using your Duke email address (try first.last@duke.edu or netid@duke.edu)
  • create a password to access the site the first time

After that, you may log in with your created credentials to access the platform.
