2025 OneDuke All-Industry Career Fair | Day-of Information for Employers
Greetings from Duke University Career Center
We look forward to having you/your team on campus Thursday, January 30th for the OneDuke Career Fair.
We are holding the fair in Penn Pavilion located at 107 Union Drive, Durham NC 27708 on the Duke Campus.
Career Fair Schedule
Please note we are hosting a program before the fair (9am-9:45am) for students called Backstage Pass. Geared towards first time fair attendees, Backstage Pass is an opportunity for students to connect with our staff and some employer partners to learn tips on how to navigate the fair and practice introducing themselves in a low-stress environment.
If you are interested in helping as an employer, please email careeremployer@duke.edu.

Parking and Ride Shares
Parking is available in the Bryan Center Parking Garage 4 (125 Science Drive, Durham, North Carolina 27708) accessed from Science Drive. There will be a Duke Parking and Transportation staff member admitting you in and out of this location.
After parking, please follow the map below to walk to Penn Pavilion.
The Career Center strongly encourages you to take a taxi/Uber/Lyft directly to Penn Pavilion instead of bringing a vehicle to campus.

Shipping
Please note that we will not be offering shipping to and/or from this fair since our reserved guest parking is very close by. We recommend only bringing what you can carry from the parking garage to Penn Pavilion.
Fair Giveaways
In support of Duke Sustainability, we encourage employers to limit what they bring to campus (including giveaways and booth display items). We recommend bringing items that you can carry with you. Our team will not be able to take any items from the fair back to the office, so any items that employers bring must be taken with them at the end of the event or will be discarded/recycled by our staff. Limiting waste is part of Duke’s commitment to a more sustainable world.
Additional Information
-Please note that Duke alumni (up to five years post-graduation) are allowed to attend the fair.
