Just Released: Job Outlook for Class of 2023… We’ve all heard the stories about employers cutting back on hiring and that a recession may be imminent – which could impact the job market. Interestingly, though, our newest research indicates that employers are planning to increase hiring of new and recent college grads overall by nearly 15%. While 1 in 5 employers did say they are planning for a recession, only a small portion of those expect to cut back on entry-level hires.
