Summer Experience Survey Report

Every summer, students across campus dive into amazing experiences—internships, volunteering, research, classes, Duke sponsored programs, and more. Our Summer Experience Survey (SES), first distributed in August 2024, captures what students have been up to and helps us understand how students are building skills, exploring interests, and preparing for life after graduation. The most recent version was published March 2026 and includes Summers 2024 and 2025.
