Why I like it: You can compare salaries and benefits with others in your industry, and as a bonus, they do “Best Company For…” awards for categories like Diversity, Leadership, Women, and more.

Who’s it for: experienced sales reps & newbies looking for tech sales jobs
 
Why I like it: each company gets scored based on peer feedback, find out how much reps are making from $60K/yr. to top earners fetching $1M+/yr.
 
4/ Elpha
 
Who’s it for: Women in tech and startups
 
Why I like it: Over 8,500 reported salaries you can access. It’s also a community of women supporting each other in their careers, with discussions on salary, career advice, and more.

Who’s it for: Professionals interested in large employers like Google, Deloitte, and Accenture
 
Why I like it: They have several salary ‘bowls’ you can access for discussions on compensation, negotiations, and raises for your role/industry.

Why I like it: Provides salary data, a personal salary report, and has a cost of living calculator.

Who’s it for: Job seekers across all industries
 
Why I like it: While I question the quality of their written reviews, I’ve always found their salary information and salary estimator tool helpful.

Who’s it for: Tech professionals, but also expanding into other industries
 
Why I like it: A community discussion platform where people freely share their comp, they also have total compensation data aggregated from thousands of their users.

Who’s it for: International professionals looking for work visa sponsorship
 
Why I like it: Access millions of H1B salaries from official data disclosed by the US Dept of Labor by company, job title, and location.

It’s always best to research multiple sites to get a more accurate picture of a comp range for any role.
