The primary objective of this panel is to empower first-year and sophomore college students with valuable insights on cultivating self-awareness during the early stages of their academic journey. By fostering self-awareness, we aim to equip them with the knowledge to access resources that are necessary to make well-informed, purpose-driven career decisions that align with their passions and aspirations. Accomplished professionals will share their personal experiences and the diverse range of resources they have leveraged to navigate their career paths, shedding light on how these resources aided in solidifying their career objectives.
