H-1B Lottery Registration Window is Open!

• The H-1B lottery registration period for Fiscal Year 2024 is open from March 6th – March 22nd, 2024
• Employers should consider registering employees currently on OPT, STEM-OPT or another non-immigrant status for the lottery
• In order to register employees, employers must create a new account on myUSCIS.gov
• New rules limit each applicant to one lottery entry, regardless of how many sponsoring employers they have
