LATINO MUSEUM STUDIES PROGRAM UNDERGRADUATE INTERNSHIP

The Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Latino invites undergraduate students to apply to the 2024 Latino Museum Studies Program (LMSP) Undergraduate Internship. LMSP is a paid museum internship designed to increase hands-on training opportunities for Latina, Latino, and Latinx-identifying undergraduate students interested in museum careers. The program focuses in non-curatorial museum roles including the areas of conservation, museum education, interpretation, digital culture, collections management, and exhibition design, fabrication and production.

When:      12 weeks between Monday, August 26 to Friday, November 15, 2024

Where:      Washington, DC. Travel and lodging included.

Who:        Undergraduate students enrolled at the time of application

Deadline:    April 1, 2024
