Maximus currently has a Case Manager (Client Advocate) opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project. This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services. Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Promote working relationships with customers and monitor engagement and progress.
* Liason with customers on a regular basis to meet and achieve program goals and/or maintain program services and eligibility.
* Exhibit considerable programmatic knowledge and assist customers in multiple phases of the application process, ranging from enrollment through the awarding of benefits and services. – Assist customers to acquire services that facilitate program goals (e.g., educational and/or vocational training, medical, child care, transportation, substance abuse/mental health, child support establishment, legal, and other related needs).
* Maintain accurate and timely case notes on all customer contacts and document activities.
* Share information about outreach and engagement efforts with project staff.
* Inform project staff of any barriers that they identify and that are preventing the customer from engaging with the Provider.
Minimum Requirements:
* High School Diploma
* 2-4 years of experience
* Previous Maximus experience preferred.
* Previous incumbent experience preferred.
* This position requires travel up to 10% of the time to our Browning location.
* This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region.
