The Development Coordinator will primarily be responsible for the following: managing customer relationship management (CRM) and all regular reporting documents, assist with development of presentation decks and collateral, contribute to prospect and research strategies, coordinate hospitality and entertainment logistics, assist with department budgets, and manage special projects as assigned.
Core Functions:
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) and reporting
- Responsible for Salesforce/KORE reporting, tracking, updating
- Compile & disseminate all regular revenue reports (League, department, ownership, etc.)
- Recommend solutions to improve and enhance functionality of overall system
- Assist with the development of presentation decks and collateral
- Department liaison for sales and recap decks along with newsletter, touchpoint and other collateral
- Responsible for maintaining/updating master decks
- Assist in compiling data & creative for specific team member decks and other collateral
- Work closely with other departments to incorporate overall organizational components
- Contribute to prospect and research strategies
- Produce category research, trends, and other analysis for sales team
- Continuously research and provide new prospect opportunities
- Assist in the collection of research data & analytics for categories, specific prospects, and collateral
- Provide regular and proactive prospect support
- Coordinate hospitality and entertainment logistics
- Manage gameday hospitality (logistics, client communication, invite lists, gifting, etc.)
- Support partner marketing team in away game hospitality
- Assist with non-gameday entertainment events & experiences
- Provide ideas and recommendations around unique ways to entertain potential partners
- Assist in the management of department budgets
- Support overall department with budget reporting, forecasting, and updates
- Support overall department with purchase orders and processing
- Support overall department expense reports
- Manage special projects as assigned
- Produce and assist with projects assigned as well as initiative to provide recommendations
- Examples include creating testimonials, providing industry best practices, etc.
- Serve as a department liaison, attending interdepartmental meetings and providing key updates

- Understanding of basic business marketing/sales and customer management principles

- Data Analytics proficiency (Examples include but not limited to Nielson, Wakefield, YouGov)
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or commensurate work experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in sports/entertainment marketing/promotions or sales
Work Environment
The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:
- Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work all home and some travel to away games; may have to work occasional holidays.
- Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines.
